Shipping Policies

To make an exchange or return you must do the following steps:

-You must send an email with the return request to shop@fashionlessons.co with the order number, the reference to return and the reason. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days (not counting the day you send your request).
-Once the return/exchange is approved the product must be shipped in the condition in which it was received with its original bag and unused to the address provided to you using your preferred carrier, fully paid. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.
-After the items are received at our offices and the condition of the garments is verified our team will process the return by voucher or exchange the garment within 3 to 5 business days and reserves the right to accept or reject if the items do not meet the above requirements. If these do not meet the requirements, the customer will be informed by email and the items will be returned.
-Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email to proceed with the exchange of the part and/or the voucher for the value of your purchase to use in future purchases with a maximum period of use of 6 months, effective from the day the voucher is approved and sent. This voucher must be used in products available during that period without exceptions, at the time of redemption must present invoice, ID and the total amount of the voucher.
